A PVC wall panel is an extruded interior wall and ceiling panel made primarily with PVC resin. Depending on the product series, PVC may be combined with calcium carbonate, wood fiber or other additives to create rigid large-format panels and decorative profiles.
Available finishes include PVC or PETG film, woodgrain, stone-look and other decorative surfaces. The panels can be cut, drilled and installed with suitable tools, making them practical for residential, commercial and renovation projects.

Performance and Test Information
Application considerations
CNWALL PVC-based wall panels are primarily designed for indoor wall decoration and interior finishing projects.
Product performance varies according to the formulation, panel structure, thickness, surface film, adhesive system, installation substrate and joint treatment. We therefore recommend selecting and evaluating the actual product sample before confirming it for a specific project.
The products should not be presented as a certified structural panel, exterior cladding system, fire-rated system or waterproofing system unless the relevant product has been tested and documented for that application.
For bathrooms or other moisture-prone indoor areas, suitability should be confirmed according to the selected product, substrate condition, joint sealing method and local project requirements.
Formaldehyde Emission Test
A white/grey solid board sample was tested for formaldehyde emission with reference to EN 717-1:2004.
The result was reported as ND, meaning formaldehyde emission was not detected above the method detection limit of 0.050 mg/m³. The report lists the E1 reference limit under EN 13986:2004+A1:2015 as ≤0.124 mg/m³.
This result applies only to the tested sample identified in the test report. Test reports for a specific order or target market should be confirmed with our team before purchase.

Fire-performance requirements
Fire-testing requirements differ by country, product type and project application. We do not make a universal B1 or international fire-rating claim for all PVC wall panel products.

How to Install PVC Wall Panels?
Installation Overview
Tool preparation
The tools used for installation are our most common tools, such as measuring rulers of various specifications, cutting machines, etc.
Installation
Install directly onto concrete walls or onto the wooden structure used for fixing according to the design plan, and then preset the installation sequence, and then when installing, each wall panel should be buckled on the previous wall panel in turn, and then fixed.
Wall Measurement
Use measuring tools to measure the area of the walls of the space and reserve enough wall panels for each wall.
Finishing Work
Finally, it is necessary to check the details, and then wet the cotton cloth to clean the wall surface so that there are no impurities, dust, etc.
